PATH Program

A recent addition to the Gallatin Living Center is the PATH program; a series of specialized services for clients diagnosed with serious mental illness and / or those with dual diagnoses of mental illness and substance abuse. These services include case management, limited rental assistance, and transportation, as well as a MISA (Mental Illness Substance Abuse) group facilitated by a therapist from Chestnut Ridge Counseling Services, Inc. Services are made available by a PATH (Programs that Assist with the Transition out of Homelessness) grant.
